The staff are warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the lush breakfast buffet, which is a delightful way to start your day of adventures.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the bed. The top section of the mattress would slide on the ensemble, making it a bit challenging to keep the mattress stable.

I enjoyed everything. This hotel makes me feel like I am at home. All staff members are very nice and accomodating. The attached cafe is cozy with a nice terrasse and serves excellent food at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had. He rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Excellent free wifi and free, safe parking on site. The hotel is an excellent value for the money, a very good find.

We recently stayed at a hotel near Düsseldorf and Essen and had a fantastic time! The hotel was conveniently located near the motorway and the city center, making it easy to get around. The beds were comfy, and we slept like babies! The hotel also provided a small selection of well-cooked food, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. the hotel offered free, high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected during our business trip. We were so glad we found this hidden gem!

Noisy surroundings and basic breakfast. Unfortunately, as much as we enjoyed our stay, there were a few downsides to our experience.

Breakfast used to be included and now the hotel charges for it. Given that the hotel is already a little pricey for what it is, this is a definite "con."

The room was clean and the staff was really very frankly and helpful. I feel my´self as a debt to forward my personal thanks to Herr.Jugen. He was very polite,helpful. About the hotel : if you do not have a car and if you travel by train, I think it is the best hotel at the opposite of the train station. And the hotel is modern style decorated.

All was well, nothing to improve.

Although I had a few issues, I must say that the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful, which made checking in and out a breeze. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions.

My Easter stay at this hotel was not ideal. The breakfast menu was limited and barely warm.
